Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Localize Your App (the "Service"), operated by Pamgoo LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Localize Your App translates app localization files (such as .strings, .xcstrings, strings.xml, i18n JSON, and .arb) into multiple languages using AI models, and provides tools to review, edit, and export the results. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Credits and payment

• Translation is paid for with one-time credit packs. One credit translates one string of up to 500 characters into one target language; longer strings consume one credit per started 500-character block.
• Credits never expire and are not a subscription. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Strings already covered by your translation memory are filled at no credit cost.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Purchases are subject to Paddle's terms, and refund requests for unused credit packs are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Credits that have been spent on completed translations are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the files, strings, glossaries, and translations in your projects ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service — including transmitting source strings to our AI translation providers. Uploaded files are parsed in memory and are not stored; only the extracted keys, strings, and translations are kept in your project. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

5. AI translation disclaimer

Translations are generated by AI models and may contain errors. The Service provides validation and review tools, but you are responsible for reviewing translations before publishing them. We do not warrant that translations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, including legal or regulatory compliance in any market.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; resell the Service without our written consent; or use automated means to abuse credit mechanics or rate limits.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination for violation, unused credits are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pamgoo LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
